5 Star Customer Service Reviews!

I just want to take a moment to recognize the fantastic job that the staff at Image Connection does on a daily basis. I see it every day in the little things behind the scenes that they do to make our customer’s experience a positive one...and frankly it is often taken it for granted.

I also want to thank our customers who take time out to say “thanks” for the great job our staff does. We post many of those comments on our websites, and it is indeed helpful for potential customers to read what our current customers have to say. Almost daily we get an email or a contact form recognizing our service from a satisfied customer.

There are many places online where you can review a business or see what others are thinking. Google has its own “Google my Business” which captures reviews, or we can pay an outside service recommended by Google to manage our ratings and report to Google. This is where you see the star ratings when you are “goggling” businesses online. We choose to direct our customers to our review page with the Better Business Bureau, as the BBB has been a trusted liaison between business and consumers long before the Internet even existed.  In fact the BBB online verifies every review before it is posted to thier website. You can be confident that what you read is an accurate representation of what you should expect.

Image Connection has 100% positive reviews on the Better Bureau Business website. and we are very proud of that.  It doesn’t get us any stars with Google or other search engines or any of the trendy online review services.  However you can be confident that all of the Stars on our team are ready to take care of you, our customer.  Thanks Team.
